I am the founder of Bear in Mind Healing, a private practice based in Cobourg, Ontario. I believe that Mother Earth is a garden and we are the flowers (her children) and that part of my purpose is to help those flowers grow. One of the reasons why I love being a social worker and what drives me to do this work is my own lived experiences. What I find beautiful is being able to walk with folks on their healing journey for just a little while; creating that safe, nurturing space and connection.
